I accidentally pressed the physical reset button on my FiberHome modem instead of simply restarting it. The modem returned to its default Wi-Fi name, "FTTH-5G," and the password printed on the sticker. I can connect to that Wi-Fi network, but it shows "No Internet Access."
My ISP is GRM (Glercimor Network) in Bulacan. The account or connection details appear to have been erased, although the registered number is still shown. I have payment records proving that the bill is up to date.
Can I restore the internet myself through the modem's admin panel, or do I need to contact GRM so they can reconfigure it? What information should I look for before calling support?

You may be able to configure it yourself, but only if you have the exact settings from GRM, such as the connection type, VLAN details, and possibly the registered username and password. Without those values, changing random settings in the admin panel probably won’t help. Check your signup emails or paperwork first, then ask the ISP for the required configuration if you can’t find them.
You’ll most likely need to contact the ISP. A factory reset removes the WAN settings required for the fiber connection, and the ISP may need to restore the account configuration from their side. It should normally be a quick setup and shouldn’t require paying again, especially since your account is active.
Look through the emails or documents you received when the service was installed. Some providers include the modem or WAN configuration details there. If they aren’t available, support is the safest option because they can confirm the account, provide the correct settings, or push the configuration remotely. Avoid guessing at credentials or factory-resetting it again.

Yes, I did press the reset button, and the modem immediately returned to the original Wi-Fi name and sticker password.
