How can I retry a declined payment for my iPhone preorder?

I'm traveling in the United States and preordered an iPhone 18 Pro using my card. The order still shows as processing, but my bank declined the payment because I had exceeded my daily spending limit. I've increased the limit since then. Apple emailed me saying I need to retry the payment from the order page using a blue button, but I can't find that button or any retry option. My pickup is scheduled for the 19th, so I'm worried about losing the reservation. What should I do?

Open your order status page and scroll to the help section. Choose the payment option and start a support chat. An agent should be able to verify the order and help process the payment again without requiring you to cancel the preorder.

Try contacting Apple directly so they can check the order and trigger the payment attempt again. Make sure you’re using the official support contact details for your country, since an outdated number may not work.
