I recently bought a Turtle Beach VelocityOne setup with the Dual Throttle and Flightstick II. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Turtle Beach's support assistant, but the PC configuration app keeps asking me to use Xbox controller mode. My Flightstick II doesn't appear to have that mode, so I'm stuck and unsure how to connect or configure the devices. Has anyone managed to get this setup working on a PC?

Check the separate setup and support instructions for the Dual Throttle and Flightstick II. Make sure both devices are connected directly to the PC, install the current Turtle Beach control software, and check for firmware updates for each device. The Flightstick II may need to be recognized in its normal PC mode rather than as an Xbox controller. If the software still refuses to detect it after updating and reconnecting everything, the best option may be to ask Turtle Beach for a replacement or return it while you can.
