How can I stop my Bluetooth mouse from going to sleep so quickly?

I have an **A4Tech FB26CS Air2** Bluetooth mouse that goes into sleep mode after only a few seconds of not being used. When it sleeps, it takes about 1-2 seconds to wake up, which is really frustrating. I've read about an **"Anti-Sleep Setting Mode for PC,"** but I'm confused about why it's labeled for PC and not for the mouse itself. Is there a way to adjust or turn off the sleep timer for this mouse, or is there something I can change in Windows to fix this issue?

Yep, that’s super annoying! You might have already tried this, but if the USB setting doesn't help, double-check your mouse's software settings if there's any option to customize the sleep timer. Sometimes the mouse software has specific settings that can help.

It sounds like you're dealing with a common issue. If you only want to stop the mouse from sleeping, you might want to check if your PC is going to sleep as well. Sometimes it's linked. If it's just the mouse, one thing you can try is disabling the "USB Selective Suspend Setting" in the advanced power options in Windows. Once that's done, remember to hit "APPLY" to save the changes.

Another option you could look into is updating the mouse driver or checking for any firmware updates. A lot of times manufacturers release updates that can address battery and sleep issues.
