Every time I unlock my iPhone, it prompts me to connect to my neighbor's Apple TV, and it's really annoying. I don't know which neighbor it is, so I can't ask them to change any settings on their end. I'm using an iPhone 15 with iOS 18.6.2. Is there any way to turn off this connection request? Thanks!

You could also check forums focused on iPhone issues. There are always plenty of people who might have similar experiences.
If you're up for it, try connecting to the Apple TV and play something. They might figure out how to change their settings when they see it being used by someone else!
Your neighbor may need to adjust their AirPlay settings. They can set it to connect only with devices on their network, which should help eliminate the interruptions.
One possibility is that you might be using the same WiFi network as your neighbor. This can cause your devices to connect to each other automatically. You might want to check your WiFi settings.
