How Can I Transfer Files on a Windows 10 AVD?

I'm working with a Windows 10 virtual machine (VM) and accessing it through an app or web interface. I've got text copy-pasting between my laptop and the VM working fine, but I'm struggling with images and file transfers. I can't seem to find a way to activate file transfer options. I've checked various tips and configurations, but I don't see the option when I connect. I found something related to drive redirection in the Host Pool properties, but it looks like it shares all my drives, and I only want to transfer a single file. How do I get this to work? Any help would be appreciated!

One way to allow file transfers is to publish Windows Explorer within your session host. That should enable you to manage files more easily. It seems like a roundabout method, but it’s effective for file access in general.

Is that the usual way to handle file transfers? It seems odd that something so basic would require such complicated steps. I feel like I must be missing something essential.
