I'm moving from a 256GB iPhone 7 Plus to a 128GB iPhone 13 and only want to transfer my contacts. The standard iPhone-to-iPhone setup process doesn't seem to offer a contacts-only option. Don’t follow advice telling you to force or wet a cable—that could damage both phones. The easiest safe method is to check where the contacts are stored on the iPhone 7 Plus. If they’re in iCloud, sign in to the same Apple Account on the iPhone 13 and enable Contacts under iCloud settings. You can also sync contacts through a Google or other email account, or export them as a contact file and import that file on the new phone.
