Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind. I have a 6th generation iPad that I originally owned but gave to my grandma a few years back since I wasn't using it. Sadly, she passed away in 2023, and now I want to get into the iPad, but I can't remember the passcode. I've read online that you could possibly unlock it using a Mac, but I don't have one. Is there a way I can use my iPhone to access the iPad instead? Thanks for any help!

If you still have the purchase receipt, try taking it to an Apple store. They can help unlock it for you. Just be sure to bring the receipt along!
They typically only do that for business accounts. For personal accounts, you'll probably have to use their automated online system instead.
