How can I use two wall-mounted TVs with my laptop for presentations?

I'm learning about IT as I go along and currently have a Precision 5490 laptop. I use two wall-mounted TVs for presentations, but navigating them was difficult, so I got a monitor extender with two screens. My plan was to duplicate the left screen with one wall TV and the right screen with the other, but I'm only able to get one TV to work at a time. I do have a Thunderbolt dock, and I've tried every USB port I can think of, but I still can't duplicate the displays. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what I might be missing?

You might want to use USB to HDMI adapters for your setup. They can help connect multiple displays more easily. Make sure they're compatible with your laptop and the TVs' input requirements.

Try connecting both TVs directly to your Dell docking station. It should allow you to work with both monitors without the hassle of duplicating anything. If that’s not possible, consider a mini PC behind the TVs for remote desktop control as a long-term solution.

That sounds great, but we don’t have the budget for that at the moment. Duplicating is really what I was hoping for!

I've had good luck using Pluggable docking stations for running dual monitors with my laptop. They work really well, so you might want to consider that option!
