How Can Two Users Access Shared Yahoo Contacts Across Multiple Devices?

I have two users who want to access their Yahoo email accounts on multiple devices, including an iPhone, iPad, laptops, and a desktop. They would like to share two contact lists across all these devices. Although they both log in using separate Yahoo accounts, they are seeing different numbers of unread messages on each device. For instance, Jane's email shows 432 new messages on her iPad while it shows 500 on her desktop. Is there a way to synchronize their devices so that both users can access the same contact lists? Also, how can I ensure all devices are syncing correctly? Would switching to IMAP help instead of using POP3?

One great solution is to use an email client like Outlook on every device they use. Each user can configure their Yahoo account on Outlook, which works across all platforms so everything will stay synced. I've got it set up on my Windows PC, Android phone, and tablet with multiple accounts, and it syncs perfectly! Just make sure they log into both Yahoo accounts on every device they want to use for seamless access.

So should they just install Outlook on all their devices and log into both accounts? Or would it be simpler to assign certain devices to each of them to avoid confusion when switching accounts?
