How do I find out who manages my browser? Possible malware concern

Hey everyone! I recently discovered that my personal Google account is being managed by an organization, but I have no clue who it is or when that happened. I'm pretty sure it wasn't like this when I first set up Google. The only thing they enforced is the installation of an extension called "BlockSite". I came across some info suggesting it could be malware that's controlling my browser, so I'm a bit worried. Does anyone know how I can check who's managing my Google browser and how to remove that access if needed?
