How do I fix driver issues after using the AMD cleanup utility?

I ran the AMD clean up utility to erase my old drivers in preparation for a clean install of AMD Adrenaline. However, it ended up removing my chipset, LAN, and audio drivers as well. I've got the drivers on a thumb drive, but since my chipset driver is gone, my PC can't read the thumb drive. And without the LAN driver, I have no Wi-Fi. What steps can I take to resolve this?

Another route to consider is using Windows System Restore. If you can get it to work, you could roll back to a point before you ran the AMD cleanup. However, if you didn’t have a restore point set up, this option won’t be available for you.

If you're not able to access the drivers on the thumb drive from your PC, a quick solution is to use a different computer. Remove the thumb drive, connect your hard drive to another PC, and copy the necessary driver files there. Then you can put that drive back into your original PC to install the drivers.

First, you should check your Device Manager to see if any USB controllers are still functioning. It's possible that some USB ports are still operational, even without the chipset driver. Try connecting your thumb drive to different USB ports, specifically the ones on the front if you have them. If the back USB ports aren't detecting it, see if one of the front ports works instead.
