I had a similar issue, but mine was through Steam instead. I owned a Rockstar account from when I played Red Dead 2, but when I tried to launch the game through Steam, it logged me into an old hacked account. After some back and forth with Rockstar Support, I got it sorted out. So, it might be that either your Rockstar account was hacked and linked to your Epic account earlier, or your Epic account itself was somehow connected to someone else's Rockstar account. If you haven’t had a Rockstar account before, you should probably reach out to Epic Games for help with disconnecting it, or just create a new Rockstar account, lock it down, and reconnect it to your Epic account.
