I just finished installing Arch Linux using the archinstall script, but now I'm stuck. I've logged in and find myself in a terminal, unsure of how to actually run Arch Linux or get started with it. Can someone guide me on what to do next?

Welcome to Arch! You're actually in Arch now, but it doesn't come with a graphical user interface (GUI) by default. If you want a desktop environment (DE) or window manager (WM), you'll need to install that yourself. A good option is to try out EndeavourOS, which is based on Arch but comes with a DE and a few extra conveniences.
