How Do I Properly Connect My PNY GeForce 5070Ti to a Corsair RMx750x PSU?

I recently got a PNY GeForce 5070Ti GPU, and it came with a 1 [2x6] to 3 [2x4] pin connector. The [2x6] end connects to the GPU. I'm trying to figure out how to connect the 3 [2x4] end to my Corsair RMx750x power supply. I have two [2x4] pin PCIe to Type 4 connectors that came with the PSU. Should I leave one [2x4] pin empty? Additionally, I noticed there's another single [2x6] to [2x6] connector from the PSU which seems like a 12V power connector. If I use that, can I not use the connector that came with the GPU? What's the best way to set this up?

If that single [2x6] is the NVIDIA power plug, then definitely use it! You can skip the other 3 [2x4] connector altogether since native connections are typically preferred over adapters.

I actually updated my post with a better photo of the connector. Check it out to see if it helps!
