Hey everyone! I opened Microsoft Edge today and noticed that all my searches are being redirected to something called 'Custom Web Search.' After checking my extensions, I found one named 'NebulaTachyonen' that says it's 'Added by my organization,' but I don't work for any organization. The worst part is that I can't remove it, and it has permission to read and change data on all websites I visit. What can I do to get rid of this?

I've had the same issue on Chrome a while back. While I can’t recall the exact steps to remove it, I remember deleting the 'extension' from a Chrome settings page (something like chrome://flags) and also hunting it down in my computer's folders. You might want to search online for guides on phrases like 'fake extension manual removal' or 'this browser is controlled by your company removal.'
I looked into that, but I hit a wall trying to delete the Chrome folder you mentioned. It seems I'm blocked from doing so!
