Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help! I work in a medical office where the owner wants to avoid paying for a fax service. We have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301FDW, which supposedly has a fax forwarding feature. He mentioned that we can connect the printer to a computer to send faxes directly to our business email. Can anyone guide me on how to set this up?

Honestly, it sounds tricky. You might end up paying more for the phone line than a fax service itself. Just a heads up!
First, you'll need to connect the printer to an analog phone line. Once that's done, you can set up the SMTP settings for email forwarding. It’s pretty straightforward, just follow the instructions in the printer’s manual. Good luck!

Yeah, I'm starting to think that might be the case. Thanks for the tip!
