I'm curious about how often people are maintaining their Web Browser Management Group Policy Objects (GPOs). What factors influence your update schedule? Are there specific management tasks that take more time than others?

It really depends on your team's size and the intensity of your environment. If you’re constantly pushing changes, that can be a significant time commitment. My team has a small group, and we dedicate about five minutes each quarter to manage Chrome extensions via GPOs. It's pretty streamlined.

I usually update our GPOs when a change request comes through ITSM. It's been ages since my last request—over a year, in fact. So, for me, it's a pretty laid-back approach.
