How Long Should I Wait for an Appeal Response from Epic Games?

I received a one-year hardware ban from Epic Games on September 17, 2025, and I strongly believe it's a mistake since I haven't used any cheats or VPNs. I submitted my appeal the very day I was banned, which was 75 days ago now. I've not received any updates since then, and my account status still shows "Active" without any resolution. Is it common for them to take this long to respond, or should I consider submitting another appeal? Thanks for any advice!

Honestly, if you're confident you didn't do anything wrong, keep pushing for answers. But I wouldn't recommend actually getting a new PC to fix it. That could raise more flags instead of helping. Just wait it out and see if another appeal helps you out. Hang in there!

True that! A new PC sounds like overkill if you're not guilty. Just keep your cool and hope for the best!

Unfortunately, waiting a long time for a response can be pretty common with Epic Games appeals. They're known for their slow response times, especially on hardware bans. If it's been 75 days, I think it might be worth reaching out again or maybe putting in another appeal just to cover your bases. Keep checking in; sometimes it helps to be persistent!

Yeah, I agree! I've heard stories of people waiting even longer for a response. Always good to try and stay on their radar.
