How Low Can I Set My AIO Pump RPM Without Overheating?

I have a Corsair Nautilus 360 RS AIO cooler, and it's quite noisy when the pump runs at max RPM, which is around 3100 RPM. I'm curious about how much I can lower the RPM without causing any issues. I've noticed that the lowest setting without a change in temperature was at 40% (about 2100 RPM). As long as my CPU temperatures stay the same, is it safe to run it at a lower speed?

Since you have a Ryzen 7 5800x with PBO enabled, that helps a lot. If your max temp during stress tests is only 80°C, you're probably safe. Lowering the RPM shouldn’t really affect the water flow or temps unless you go extremely low. You seem to have a solid cooling setup!

As long as your CPU temps aren't nearing their maximum, lowering the pump RPM should be fine. Just keep an eye on temps when you adjust it.

You can definitely run your pump at a lower RPM as long as your temps are safe. Most people find that 40-60% RPM works well for cooling without excessive noise. Just make sure your setup is stable, and you shouldn't have issues.
