Hey everyone! I'm relatively new to this forum and trying to figure out some privacy concerns. I've been wondering, if I use Tor and set my search engine to Google, how much personal data am I still sharing online? Any insights would be really helpful!

You need to remember that everything you search for, click on, and any data linked to your Google account is still tracked if you’re logged in. So, if you want to stay private, avoid logging into Google while using Tor.

Using Tor can really slow down your internet speed. I've tried it and found it seems to hover around 20 Mbps, while my normal speed is over 300 Mbps. Just a heads up—while your ISP can't see what you're doing, Tor can sometimes be quite frustrating speed-wise.

Not much data is shared if you're not logged into any accounts. Just keep your login info off Google while using Tor, and you should be pretty safe.
