I just got a PNY GeForce 5070Ti, and it came with a connector that has one end with a 2x6 plug for the GPU, and the other end splits into three 2x4 pins. I'm trying to figure out how to connect this to my Corsair RMx750x power supply. I spotted a single 2x6 power plug from the PSU, likely a 12V connector. If I use that, does that mean I can't use the connector that came with the GPU? Should I leave one of the 2x4 pins empty? Also, I have two additional connectors that go from 2x4 PCIe to Type4. What's the best way to set this up?

If that 2x6 connector from the PSU is indeed the NVIDIA power plug, just go ahead and use it. You don't need to mess with that three-way adapter that came with the GPU. Keeping it simple with native connections is always the best way to go!
Forget the GPU adapter; just plug the single PCIe 12V-2x6-pin cable from your PSU directly into the GPU. It's perfectly safe and straightforward! Enjoy gaming!
Are you sure that's safe? Why do they include that weird connector if it's not needed?
Definitely use the 12-pin cable that came with your PSU. Your GPU should need at least 3 8-pin connectors to function properly, so make sure you connect them all!
