How to Find HP DesignJet V3 Drivers for a Plotter?

I bought an HP DesignJet plotter but I'm having a lot of trouble with the drivers. Our printing system relies on a third-party port monitor, which means I can't use the v4 driver from HP. I've been told that a v3 driver would work better for me, but I can't seem to find one for this particular model. I also tried using the HP-GL driver, but it keeps either printing extra sheets or going blank mid-job. Is there a way to find or obtain v3 drivers for newer plotters? I've even attempted the Integrated Install, but came up empty.

I've been going through this same thing and it seems like there are no V3 drivers for the Plotter Printers somehow... very disappointing.

Have you tried changing the OS on the download page to Windows 7? Sometimes downloading the driver for an older OS can help locate the v3 driver you're looking for.

I did try that, but it still installs a V4 driver that’s not even compatible with Windows 7. I appreciate the suggestion though!
