My friend attempted to update his PC's BIOS following someone's advice online, using a USB drive. The update completed without any issues, but after restarting, his PC has been caught in a boot loop. He can access the BIOS without problems and even attempts Windows repair, but it fails each time. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

It sounds like he hasn't completely bricked his PC since he can still access the BIOS. The issue is likely a corrupt Windows installation. He should try reinstalling the OS.
