Good afternoon! I'm experiencing a problem when trying to boot up my PC. It keeps taking me to the automatic repair screen, but I can't get my mouse or keyboard to work. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

One thing you might want to try is temporarily disabling secure boot in your BIOS settings. Also, make sure your mouse and keyboard are connected to a USB 2.0 port instead of USB 3.0. Enabling legacy USB support in BIOS can sometimes help too. Just a heads up though, enabling legacy boot has worked for some people, but it carries the risk of potentially messing up your Windows installation. It’s a known issue, so not all solutions will work.

I read that reinstalling Windows might be safer in the long run. If I do go that route, can I just plug in a fresh USB stick and boot from it, even though Windows is already installed?
