How to Fix LockedDown Browser Session Termination Due to Virtual Machine Detection?

I'm having trouble with the LockedDown Browser required for my online college exams. Despite never intentionally installing a virtual machine, the browser keeps terminating my session due to a VM being detected. I have a refurbished gaming PC that I've had for about a year, used primarily for gaming with Steam and EA. I started my Summer B courses this week and during my first exam last night, it kicked me out twice for this issue. I've already reached out to my professor for help, but I really need to resolve this quickly. I checked Device Manager for anything related to virtual machines but found nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

TechWizard99: I'm pretty computer illiterate, so I’d appreciate any detailed steps you can provide for accessing the BIOS. I really need to sort this out since I can't drop my courses now.
