I need some help with my ThinkPad. It's been stuck on a screen that says, 'You're 100% there. Please keep your computer on.' Once you're at the Recovery screen, choose 'Advanced options,' then 'Troubleshoot,' and from there, go to 'Advanced options' again. Start with 'Startup Repair' and let Windows try to fix itself. If that doesn't work, go back and select 'System Restore.' If that also fails, pick 'Uninstall Updates' and finally 'Uninstall latest quality update.'
