I've been having issues with my touchscreen on Linux Mint. Unlike when I was using Windows, where I could scroll through pages using the touchscreen, on Mint it just highlights text as if I'm using a mouse. I found a workaround for Firefox, but it's still a problem in other applications like LibreOffice and in my file manager.
