I recently got a Royal Kludge R75 wireless keyboard, and I'm having trouble connecting it to my PC. The Bluetooth is enabled and works fine with other devices, but my PC can't seem to find the keyboard. I can confirm the keyboard is functioning properly when used in wired mode. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

If you've switched to "B" and it’s still not working, double-check that you're in Bluetooth pairing mode. Sometimes it helps to turn off and on Bluetooth on your PC. If you haven't tried the 2.4G option yet, that could also be a good alternative.
Make sure you flipped the switch on your keyboard to "B" as indicated in the user manual. That's a common step that can sometimes be missed. Also, have you tried connecting via the 2.4G wireless option? That might be worth a shot.
