How to Reset a Windows 11 PC When BitLocker Code Is Required?

I messed up some BIOS settings while trying to tweak things for playing Valorant, and now my PC is asking for a BitLocker code that I don't have. When I go through the recovery options and try to reset my PC—whether I choose to keep my files or remove everything—it gives me an error saying 'there was a problem resetting your PC,' with only a cancel option available. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just a heads up, the built-in factory reset often leads to issues like this. I’d recommend doing a clean install instead. About your BitLocker code, it should be linked to the Microsoft account you used when signing into the PC.
