I have an MSI Katana 15 B13V laptop running Windows, and it's showing a low battery notification every 3 seconds. It's really annoying, and I can't find a way to turn it off. I've checked the MSI Center and various settings, but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

Had the same issue, very annoying, i keep getting the ai eco switch notification when the battery hit 30% and switch to eco mode. (The grey notification from msi and not the regular black windows low battery notification) If that is the issue there are two ways:

Both start the same way, MSI Center -> Features -> User Scenerio

1) Either switch from AI Smart Auto to any other one (extreme/balance/eco)

2) If you want to keep the AI Smart Auto, click the gear icon next to the title to open up the settings -> check the boy that says, dont remind me when system automatically switch.

PS: I am not sure if the error is the system keep switching as the notification appears or if it is an issue about the notification, so it might be safer to do option 1.

Have you tried updating your BIOS? Sometimes that can help resolve issues like this. Also, make sure your battery is actually low before getting too worried.

It might be a sign of a faulty battery, but since you're dealing with a brand new laptop, that shouldn't be the case. Gaming laptops do drain batteries quickly, though, so keep that in mind!
