How to Stop Repeating Myself at Work?

I'm getting really frustrated at work because it feels like I'm constantly repeating myself to my coworkers. No matter how many times I explain things like server setup, permissions, or workflows, someone always comes back a week later asking the exact same questions. I've even created documentation and guides, but it seems like no one reads them. I'm looking for advice on how to handle this situation without losing my cool. Should I just accept that this is part of the job, or is there a trick to make sure my docs are actually useful and stick in people's minds?

One thing you can try is linking to the specific document when someone asks a question. Just send them the link and don't feel obligated to add anything else. It helps them find the information directly and cuts down on repeat explanations!
