I accidentally spilled 70% isopropyl alcohol on my laptop while I was cleaning my desk. It happened after a screw fell out of my laptop, and when I was fixing that, I overpoured the alcohol onto the vent where the fan is located. So far, I've disconnected the charger, powered off the laptop, and dabbed any excess alcohol with a microfiber cloth. I also left it to air dry under my ceiling fan. Am I in big trouble here?

Honestly, you're totally fine. I use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning my electronics regularly. Just leave it in front of a fan for a while to speed up the drying process.
You're good! Isopropyl alcohol evaporates quickly, which is why it's often used to clean electronics. Just give it a few hours to dry, and it should be fine.
No need to stress too much. The 70% isopropyl alcohol is mostly alcohol with a little bit of water. Just let it dry out for a few hours in a warm area and try powering it on again without the charger first.
As others have said, it should be alright. Make sure to soak up as much as you can and just let it air dry. In the future, you'd want to use 90-99% alcohol to avoid any water content.
