HP Z2 G9 Shows a Blank Screen and Won’t Enter BIOS

I have an HP Z2 G9 Workstation desktop with no operating system installed on the SSD. When I power it on, the display stays blank and I can't reach the BIOS setup screen. I've tried pressing Esc, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12, and Delete immediately after turning it on. There is no dedicated graphics card installed, so I tested both DisplayPort outputs on the motherboard. The fans run, and the system produces no obvious POST sounds except for a repeatable beep when I press Esc. The CPU is an Intel Core i7-14700. What should I check to get video output or access the BIOS?

Since the i7-14700 includes integrated graphics, the motherboard DisplayPort outputs should work without a separate graphics card. The repeatable beep when pressing Esc may indicate that the system is responding to the key, but the lack of normal POST behavior points to a hardware or firmware initialization problem. Try powering it off completely, disconnecting AC power, reseating the memory, checking that the 24-pin and CPU power connectors are firmly attached, and clearing the CMOS. If possible, test with one RAM module at a time and use a known-good DisplayPort cable and monitor input.

The fans are running, but there are no normal POST sounds. The only repeatable beep happens when I press Esc during startup.
