I recently built a PC with a Ryzen processor, an ROG Crosshair motherboard, and an O11 Evo case. Which exact headset are you using, and does it have a detachable microphone? That detail matters because a headset with a combined plug needs the correct splitter or headset jack. A separate microphone plug should go into the motherboard's pink mic input, while the headphone plug goes into the green audio output. The HyperX Cloud Alpha uses a detachable mic, so also make sure the microphone is fully inserted and the mute switch on the cable is not enabled. In Windows, select the actual Microphone device rather than Line In and check the Realtek audio settings for the correct jack assignment.
