Installing DirectX on Windows Server 2022 – Need Help!

I'm trying to install DirectX on my Windows Server 2022 setup. I've noticed that the DirectX runtime installer doesn't seem to work, and all the links for direct downloads appear to be broken. I understand that running a game server on a server OS instead of a regular client OS like Windows 11 is unusual, but I've already committed to this setup. Is there a way to get DirectX installed successfully?

Before jumping in with solutions, can you share a bit more about what you're trying to achieve by installing DirectX on a server? Usually, it’s better to explore the problem you’re facing rather than forcing a client-side solution onto a server.

Have you installed the Desktop Experience feature? That’s often needed to run applications that rely on DirectX. Just a heads up, once you have that, it’ll be easier to get DirectX sorted out.

Oh, how do you install the Desktop Experience? Oh, I just realized you're referring to the feature. I do have it on my installation.
