I recently built a PC with a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 motherboard, Ryzen 5 5500, used RTX 3060 Ti, 32GB DDR4-3600 with XMP enabled, a 1TB NVMe SSD, and a V3GA 700 BR power supply. The BIOS, chipset drivers, graphics drivers, and Windows 11 installation are all up to date. The computer worked normally at first, including several hours of gaming, but it began experiencing intermittent black screens after launching Hunt: Showdown 1896. The monitor remains powered on, the system's fans and RGB stay active, and game audio continues, but the display repeatedly cuts out. This now happens in other games as well, sometimes every few seconds and other times only once every few days. Switching between DisplayPort and HDMI, changing monitor settings, adjusting Windows power options, and running GPU and CPU stress tests did not resolve it. MemTest86 also ran for five hours without errors. The GPU is connected directly to the graphics card. The remaining hardware tests I have not tried are using another monitor, testing the GPU in another computer, or trying a different power supply. More recently, the keyboard and headset have also started disconnecting while the screen stays black for longer periods. Closing the game with Alt+F4 sometimes immediately restores the display. Could this be a graphics driver, GPU, motherboard, or power-supply problem?

This could be related to the Nvidia driver version rather than the rest of the hardware. Try completely removing the current driver with a clean installation, or roll back to an earlier known-stable release and see whether the black screens stop.
I was using Nvidia driver 616.92, released recently. I rolled back to 610.88 because others were reporting better results with it, but the black-screen problem is still happening.
