iPhone 14 Pro Gets Hot and Drains Battery While Watching YouTube

My iPhone 14 Pro heats up noticeably and loses battery quickly whenever I use YouTube, to the point where I can barely watch videos. I've tried offloading and reinstalling the app, deleting it completely and reinstalling it, turning off YouTube's ambient mode, and switching the display to 60 Hz, but nothing has helped. The battery's maximum capacity is currently 77%. What else should I check or try?
