I recently upgraded my system with a Radeon 9070 XT and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, cooled by a Peerless Assassin 120 SE. I noticed the CPU voltage sits around 1.43V in AMD's software, and I've read that it should be closer to 1.3V. Is this voltage too high, and is there anything I need to change? I haven't manually adjusted any voltage settings yet.

Make sure the BIOS is updated and that everything is running at default settings. If you haven’t changed any voltage or overclocking options, there’s probably nothing you need to fix.
That voltage range is expected on the Ryzen 5000 series at idle. The reading can jump between roughly 1.35V and 1.45V very rapidly, so it isn’t necessarily a problem.
That’s generally normal for Ryzen 5000 processors. At idle, the voltage can sit around 1.35–1.45V and fluctuate quickly as the CPU boosts individual cores. Under a sustained workload, the voltage usually drops and balances out. I’d check temperatures and behavior under load rather than judging the system from idle voltage alone.
