I'm considering purchasing an RTX 3090 for $1250 and wanted to know if that's a good deal. Along with that, I'd appreciate any recommendations for a suitable monitor to pair with it, preferably something 1440p. Here are my current specs: Intel i7-12700K (12C/20T), RTX 3090 Founders Edition with 24GB VRAM, 32GB DDR4 RAM, MSI Z690-A DDR4 motherboard, 3TB storage, Corsair RM850 850W Gold PSU, Thermaltake cooling, in an open-air case, all running on Windows 11 Pro with a wired connection and a USB WiFi adapter from NetGear.

I’d recommend holding off. You should be able to snag a 3090 for around $600 to $900. For gaming specifically, it might not be the best value at that price. You'll want to keep an eye on the market prices before jumping in.

I've seen 3090s go for around $500 now. You might want to keep searching a bit longer. It could save you a lot!
