I'm considering buying a Lenovo 3070 GPU, and the seller is asking for $200. Is that a fair price in today's market?

$200 is a decent price for buying one, but if you were selling, you'd probably want to ask for $225-$240. Honestly, just be careful with the whole Lenovo GPU thing; I'm not sure they actually make GPUs.

From what I've seen around my area, the lowest prices for a 3070 are about $220. So, $200 sounds like a pretty solid deal! Definitely check local listings though.
