I'm planning a PC with a Ryzen 7 5800X, Radeon RX 7600 XT 16GB, and 32GB of DDR4-3200 memory. I'll mainly play games such as BeamNG.drive and do some light video editing. My monitor is 1080p at 100Hz. Will the memory or another component create a noticeable bottleneck, and would changing the CPU make sense if DDR4-3200 is too slow?

There will always be some component limiting performance, but that doesn’t automatically mean there’s a problem. The limiting part changes depending on the game, resolution, settings, and workload. For your target of 1080p at 100Hz, this is a balanced system and there’s no obvious bottleneck to worry about.
That setup should be perfectly fine for 1080p gaming and light editing. 32GB is plenty for current games, and the RX 7600 XT should handle your monitor well. You may reach or exceed 100 FPS in many titles, depending on settings.
DDR4-3200 is compatible with the Ryzen 7 5800X and is fast enough for this build. DDR4-3600 can provide a small performance improvement—usually around 1–3%—but it’s not worth paying much extra for. Don’t replace the CPU just because you’re using DDR4.
