I recently switched up my PC setup, and the last piece I need is a graphics card. I'm considering buying a used Sapphire Pure 7800 XT for $445, and it comes with one year of warranty. Is this a reasonable price for this GPU, or should I look for something else?

I wouldn't recommend it. You might want to hold out for something like the 9070 or the 5070 instead.
Ebay listings show the 7800 XT around $400-450. So while $445 isn't a steal, it's not terrible either.
Honestly, for a card that's about 2.5 years old, it doesn't seem worth it. You could probably do better.
