I'm running a Ryzen 7 5000X3D with 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory in a 2x16GB configuration. Whenever I enable EXPO, the computer eventually reboots after a few hours of gaming. I've updated the BIOS, increased the memory voltage, and even tried a different RAM kit, but the system remains unstable until EXPO is disabled. I've heard that some CPUs in this series cannot reliably run memory at 6000 MT/s and need to be dropped to 5800 or lower. Has anyone else experienced this combination being unstable?

Run a thorough memory test, such as MemTest86, from a bootable USB and let it complete several full passes, ideally overnight. If the RAM passes at the EXPO settings, faulty memory or poor motherboard contact becomes less likely and you can investigate other causes. You can also reduce the memory speed in small steps until the system stops crashing.
