I recently bought a used PC that has an RTX 3080. While playing Roblox Frontlines at around 240 FPS, the GPU reaches roughly 80% fan speed and 73°C, which gets pretty loud. Sharing my screen on Discord at 1440p uses about 65% of the GPU. Is something wrong with the card, or are these temperatures and usage levels normal for a 3080? I thought the card would run cooler because it is a powerful GPU. The case has three front fans, three top fans, three fans on the GPU, and one rear fan.

You could reduce the heat and noise with an undervolt. That lowers the voltage supplied to the GPU while keeping nearly the same performance, but you would need to configure it carefully in a tool such as MSI Afterburner. If you are not comfortable doing that, there is no urgent need based on these temperatures alone.
Roblox is not a demanding benchmark, and uncapped performance at 240 FPS can still make the GPU work harder than necessary. To check the card properly, run a trusted 3D benchmark for about 10 minutes and monitor temperature, clock speed, usage, and stability. A sustained temperature around the low-to-mid 70s is usually fine; also make sure the card is not overheating or showing crashes, artifacts, or unusually low performance.
Those numbers are not immediately concerning. RTX 3080 cards can draw a lot of power and often run fairly warm at stock settings. Around 73°C under load is generally safe, although the fan noise may be annoying. Your case airflow also sounds more than adequate, assuming the fans are oriented correctly and the filters are not clogged.
I have never undervolted a GPU before, so I will probably research the process first rather than changing settings blindly.
