Is 75°C normal for my 3070 under load?

I've noticed that my RTX 3070 runs at about 75°C when playing games, even on low settings, and the GPU utilization is nearly 96%. Is this normal? It gets pretty loud when the temperature exceeds 70°C, and I've had some issues where the display shuts off when temps hit 78°C, causing all fans to max out for around 15 minutes before returning to normal. The card is about three years old and performs well, but I'm concerned about these high temperatures and shutdowns.

Running at 75°C is fairly normal for a 30 series GPU, and hitting 100% utilization is what you want during gaming. However, the shutdowns and loud fans at high temps aren't typical; it might be a power supply issue. Just keep an eye on it!

So, if it shuts off at 78°C, does that mean it’s a definite PSU problem?
