While playing Spider-Man 2, my RX 9060 XT stays around 60°C, but my Ryzen 5 7500F reaches roughly 90–95°C. My room gets quite hot, and I'm currently using only fans for cooling. I can play for up to about three hours, but I'm worried that continuing to use the PC at these temperatures could damage the processor. Is this temperature normal, and what should I check or change?

The stock cooler is likely the main issue, especially in a hot room. Replacing it with an inexpensive tower-style air cooler should bring temperatures down noticeably. Improving case airflow can help too. Disabling or limiting boost is another option if you accept some performance loss.
Those temperatures are probably causing the CPU to thermal-throttle, although the processor should protect itself before any permanent damage occurs. Use a hardware monitor such as HWiNFO while gaming and check whether the CPU reports thermal throttling or whether its clock speed drops once it reaches those temperatures.
90–95°C is higher than I’d expect for a Ryzen 5 7500F during gaming. It may not immediately destroy the chip because modern CPUs have built-in temperature protections, but it’s worth checking that the cooler is mounted correctly, the fan is spinning, and the thermal paste is making good contact before replacing the cooler.
