I'm currently using a 5070 Ti, but I'm wondering if I can keep my 1000W PSU if I upgrade to a 5090 or 5080 Super in the next few years. Will it provide enough power for that build?

Yeah, a 1000W PSU should handle it just fine for the most part!
Actually, modern ATX 3.1 power supplies can usually handle spikes twice their rated output, so that's not usually a concern. Just be cautious if you often run near the PSU's maximum rating!
It should generally be okay, but you might need to underclock or power limit if you're pushing it hard. Just keep in mind that if you're running demanding games, the system could shut down due to power spikes from the GPU.
