Is a 2080 Ti Founders Edition for $90 Too Good to Be True?

Hey folks! I found a 2080 Ti Founders Edition for sale for just $90 after negotiating down from $260. The seller says it has a chip on the PCIe but assures me it still works and even offers a money-back guarantee. I'm currently traveling, so I can't test it myself. Does this sound like a good risk for $90?

TechWhizKid42: No, unfortunately I can't because I'm out of town. I didn't expect to find such a deal here, but the pins are fine and the chip isn't big. Do you think it's worth the $90 gamble?
