Hey folks! I found a 2080 Ti Founders Edition for sale for just $90 after negotiating down from $260. The seller says it has a chip on the PCIe but assures me it still works and even offers a money-back guarantee. I'm currently traveling, so I can't test it myself. Does this sound like a good risk for $90?

Can you go see it running in person? That’d be ideal.
If it was local, I would have grabbed it immediately!
Just make sure the website isn’t a scam. Mind sharing the link so I can take a look?
Haha, the GPU is actually in a local electronics shop!
If it works, that’s an incredible deal for only 90 bucks!
Absolutely, it’d be perfect for a second PC!
You’re essentially getting RTX 3070 performance with more RAM, so it’s a sweet deal!
Thanks for the info! Fingers crossed it works!
Definitely! If it operates and the seller offers a guarantee, that’s awesome. I snagged a 1080 for $75 once and after a quick clean, it performed like a champ!
Haha, true! Having a beastly GPU on my desk, even just as a paperweight, would be so satisfying!
At $90, that’s an awesome price for this GPU. If you can, definitely check it out in person; if not, I’d still take the chance!

No, unfortunately I can't because I'm out of town. I didn't expect to find such a deal here, but the pins are fine and the chip isn't big. Do you think it's worth the $90 gamble?
