I'm putting together a new gaming PC with a Ryzen 7 5800XT, Radeon RX 7800XT, Corsair 4000D Airflow case, and Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler. I'm currently shopping for the remaining parts and want 32GB of DDR4 memory in a 2x16GB configuration. I was initially considering a Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600 CL18 kit, but the first listing went out of stock and I found another similar listing. Is this kit a good value, or would I be better off choosing DDR4-3200 or looking for a different kit?

Corsair Vengeance kits are generally reliable, and this type of kit should work well. I’d mainly choose whichever 32GB kit is cheapest from a reputable seller, then enable the memory profile in the motherboard BIOS. You can also run it at a slightly lower speed if needed, but most kits should handle their advertised settings.
Since this is a new build and you already have the main components, 32GB of 2x16GB memory is the right capacity. Look for DDR4-3200 CL16 or DDR4-3600 CL18 at a good price, and avoid paying a large premium for tiny performance gains.
DDR4-3600 is fine, but the real-world difference between 3200 and 3600 is pretty small. If a 3200 kit is noticeably cheaper, it’s a perfectly reasonable choice. Otherwise, 3600 CL18 is a solid match for this platform.
That makes sense. I’ll compare the prices instead of assuming 3600 is automatically worth paying more for.
